All tickets are non-refundable. We are unable to provide refunds, including for circumstances beyond your control such as transport issues or personal emergencies. However, we may be able to reschedule your booking to another date — please contact us as early as possible.
Yes, you can reschedule your ticket up to 1 hour before your booked time slot. Use the self-service rescheduling link in your confirmation email, or contact our support team. Changes are subject to availability.
You can purchase up to 25 tickets in a single transaction. Please note that group bookings are not available on Saturdays due to high demand. For larger groups or private experiences, contact the venue directly.
Yes, the Heineken Experience offers gift cards. You can choose from several tour options and select the number of tickets to gift. The recipient receives a voucher code to book their preferred date and time. Gift cards are valid for 2 years from purchase.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as popular online payment methods supported by the ticketing platform, including iDEAL, PayPal, and Apple Pay. The venue itself is cashless for any on-site purchases.
No, you can show your ticket on your smartphone or tablet screen. The unique QR code on each ticket can be scanned directly from your device.
While it is sometimes possible to purchase tickets at the door, we strongly recommend booking online in advance. Online tickets guarantee your entry at your preferred time and are often cheaper than walk-up prices. Time slots sell out frequently, especially on weekends.
