Last updated: January 2026. These general terms and conditions apply to all visits to Visit Heineken Amsterdam, ticket purchases, and use of our website, operated by Visit Heineken Amsterdam, Stadhouderskade 78, 1072 AE Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

1. Definitions
"Visit Heineken Amsterdam" refers to the interactive brand experience located at Stadhouderskade 78, Amsterdam. "Visitor" refers to any person who purchases a ticket or visits the venue. "Ticket" refers to any valid entry document, whether purchased online, at the venue, or received as a gift.

2. Age requirement
Visit Heineken Amsterdam is strictly limited to visitors aged 18 and older. Valid photo identification must be presented upon entry. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age.

3. Tickets and booking
All tickets must be booked in advance through our official website. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Each ticket is valid for the date and time slot specified at the time of booking. Tickets that have been used or expired cannot be refunded or exchanged.

4. Pricing and payment
All prices displayed on our website are in euros and include VAT. Payment must be completed at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Visitors may cancel or reschedule their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time slot. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the visit are not eligible for a refund. For full details, please see our Rescheduling and Refund page.

6. Conduct and safety
Visitors are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff, other visitors, and the property at all times. We reserve the right to remove any visitor who behaves in a disruptive, threatening, or unsafe manner, without the right to a refund.

7. Liability
Visit Heineken Amsterdam shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by visitors, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part. Visitors enter the venue at their own risk. We recommend that visitors take care of their personal belongings at all times.

8. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials displayed at Visit Heineken Amsterdam and on our website are the property of Heineken N.V. or its licensors. Visitors may take photographs and videos for personal use only. Commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing a ticket or visiting Visit Heineken Amsterdam, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy practices.

10. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
